Consultation Cancellation Policy
We recognise that your time is valuable and ask you to understand that ours is too. In order to be respectful of the needs of the Kismet Health community please give 24hrs notice if you are unable to attend an appointment. This time can then be reallocated to someone who is also in need of treatment and ensure our practitioners are able to make good use of their time and energy. Cancellation without 24 hour notice will incur a $50 cancellation fee. If you cancel your appointment on the day, the full consult fee is payable. Please note this is for all existing clients, for initial appointment bookings please see policy below.
50% upfront payment
We value everyone’s time—both yours and that of our practitioners. As such, new client bookings require a 50% non-refundable deposit. This is part of our best practice and helps to ensure everyone’s day runs smoothly and as planned. Following your online booking, please contact the clinic on 03 5798 3829 to make arrangements. This deposit will come off your initial consult fee, with the remainder payable at the time of your consult. If booking direct, please be aware of the above policy and have a payment option ready. 100% UPFRONT ONLINE APPOINTMENT PAYMENT
Online client bookings require a 100% payment prior to the appointment. This is part of our best practice and helps to ensure everyone’s day runs smoothly and as planned. Our reception team will call you to take this payment prior to your appointment. Thanks for your understanding!
