Restore day retreat @ SELF
Saturday 16th May
Join Ally and Tarren for a full-day immersive retreat designed to support nervous system regulation, mindful movement, and deep rest.
This thoughtfully curated day weaves together movement, time in nature, education, reflective practice, connection, and deep restoration, designed to leave you feeling grounded, nourished, and resourced. Experienced in community, it offers space to share, connect with like-minded souls, and co-regulate in a supportive and intentional environment.
Retreat Schedule
10am-4pm
• Arrival and welcome
• Movement class to gently energise + centre
• Guided health workshop for reflection + education
• Nourishing lunch break (approx 45mins)
• Mindful nature walk (approx 15mins)
• Sukore Bathing or a breathwork/meditation class - your choice
• Yin Yoga and Massage class
• Closing circle
This retreat is ideal for anyone feeling busy, burnt out, or simply craving time to slow down, move gently, and reconnect with themselves in a supportive, small-group setting.
Lunch
A wholesome vegetarian lunch made with love & a yummy treat will be provided.
Please share any dietary requirements or allergies when booking.
What to Bring
• Yourself, wearing comfortable clothes you can move and relax in + swimwear and towel
• A drink bottle
• A journal and pen

If you hold a concession card or are a low income earner, please reach out for a reduced rate.

FAQ
Is the retreat safe during pregnancy?
Yes ♡ Everything throughout the day can be modified to support you if you’re pregnant. All yoga and movement will be adjusted to feel safe, gentle and nourishing for your body.
For the bathing component at Sukore, you’re welcome to choose what feels right for you. There is the option to bathe (with guidance around temperature and timing), or you may prefer to attend the guided meditation and breathwork session instead.
You’ll be fully supported to honour your energy and comfort on the day.
Ticket Policy
Tickets are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend, we kindly ask that you gift your ticket to a loved one.
Spaces are limited to maintain an intimate and supportive experience.
